What do I need to do to expunge criminal record?
I am having trouble finding employment due to class c felony drug possession . Every application I submit gets turned down, due to said record.
Would the coast gaurd hire me with an expunged criminal record?
When I was 17 I got arrested for a small amount of weed. I got 6 month probation and community service. They told me once I was 18 it would be cleared away. Now that I'm 19 could I join the coast gaurd? I know the gov can access that record even though its expunged so would that make me ineligible? Also when I talk to the recruiter should I tell them? Everyone says don't mention it but I don't want to lie when they can see it.
Should i disclose an expunged criminal record in another state on my ca real estate license application?
the conviction occured in Hawaii but expunged a few years later and fingerprint records from the police dept. returned to me. will california department of real estate find out if i do not disclose this prior conviction eventhough records have been expunged. i submitted my fingerprints in connection with the real estate license application and will be sent to the dept. of justice and FBI. i really would appreciate an answer to my question as soon as possible.

Will the casinos hire me as a blackjack dealer if I have an expunged criminal record?
When I was 18, I was convicted for an attempted burglary charge which was back in 1997. In 2005 I had the case expunged. Now I really want to become a blackjack dealer. If the casinos do a thorough background check, will the expunged case show up in their system? I need some good advice. Maybe from someone who went to law school. Thanks

Deffered Ajudication vs Expunge Criminal Record.?
Can someone explain to me Deffered Adjudication and Expunging a criminal record? I have one ticket as for Paint balling. It is a Class C Misdemeanor at the age of 16. And I took Teen Court to " deffer" this but im not to sure what that means. At the age of 17 I received another ticket for Minor in Consumption Class c Misdemeanor MIC . and they said that at the age of 21...I can have this expunged from my record. What are some career fields I should avoid even with an expunged criminal record?
I am currently on felony probation in the state of Arkansas. I also have two misdemeaners in Texas. I can probably expunge the criminal records in Texas easily enough, and in the state of Arkansas, as a first time offender of a felony which I am , you have the option of expunging your record after successfully completing probation. My probation is going well I am curious as to what types of careers would be ideal for me as far as how thourough criminal backgrounds are checked when applying for a job. I know that some types of careers have extremely thourough background checks and could possibly even turn up something on my expunged record. I am doing well on probation and have grown up since committing my crimes. I am looking for ways to better myself and have a real career instead of just a job, and I need to know where I should utilize my time, as opposed to wasting it trying to get a job in a field that scrutinizes even expunged or sealed records on the person applying.
